If your new outfit doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, our dedicated team is here to ensure a smooth exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your MeriPharmacy account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments with all original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fashion pieces, we will process your full refund or ship out your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
